Gobble gobble!

Today, I give thanks to all the family and friends who have supported me. To all the nurses, doctors and staff who took care of me in the NICU. I know I'm still too young to understand what it means to really be thankful, but the nurses and doctors always told me that I grew stronger because my family supported me. Mommy and daddy came to visit me at the hospital EVERYDAY since the day I was born. Mommy often came to visit me twice a day, for over 5 months! That's a whole lotta days! And gas!

Everyone came over today to have a feast! Of course Lolo and Lola were there. Then Jihji and Bahba came with Uncle Akito, Takuma & Shingo. Auntie Erina came too. The Yanos family joined us in the festivities and the party was ready to start!
Mommy cooked her annual turkey (which weighed a little more than I do now), salmon sushi rice and potato salad. There was also prime rib, dirty rice, honeybaked ham, lots of stuffing and for me...lots of milk! I actually had a taste of my first meat today (pureed turkey & gravy) with a side of pureed mixed vegetables (which I love!) I washed it all down with 2 bottles of milk...and then, I was sleepy. But since the house was full of people, I couldn't really go into deep sleep.

But once everyone was gone, I knocked out! Nitey nite, I went.

Again, thanks to everyone for helping me come this far. Thank you.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
