Because I know that I'm gonna get immunization shots done.
I hate shots. I hate needles.
They used to stick me almost every day when I was in the NICU.
I have heel stick scars to prove it.

Today, I got to see my doctor, Dr. Martinez.
He's one cool guy!
He looks after me and makes sure I'm growing big and strong.
He knows about my preemie days.
And he knows about my respiratory history.
So when I get sick, this is the guy I come to see!
Luckily, I haven't been sick in awhile. And that's a GREAT thing!
I weighed in today at 35lbs and I am now 39.5 inches tall!!
Hopefully I don't have to come in for any sick visits throughout the year. I'll be back for my 6-yr well check, doc!! ^_^y
