Jordan's Dream Team was at it once again at the annual CHOC Walk in the Park! This was my 4th walk since my discharge from the NICU. This year, I joined forces with my good friend, Cammie, who is also a NICU graduate like me! We had the same awesome nurse, Lisa, and we were so happy to be able to walk with her this year! Our team was small compared to last year. But with the love and support of our friends and family, we were able to raise $1640! We are thankful for the amount of support we get each year. Hopefully I can continue to participate every year at CHOC Walk because I am so grateful for all the care I received in the NICU department. All the nurses, doctors and staff who took care of me for 159 long days...thank you, thank you, thank you! ^_^
