JORDAN'S DREAM TEAM will be walking again this year for the third time as my parents honor me for what I've accomplished so far!
Some people still can't believe that I was born at 24 weeks, weighing only 1lb 12ozs! Throughout my long 159-day NICU stay at CHOC, I overcame many obstacles such as multiple surgeries to my heart, eyes & stomach. Miraculously, I am a very healthy & active toddler now and love hanging out with my family friends!
We invite our friends and family to come support the 20th Anniversary of CHOC Walk through donations or join in on the fun as we walk through Disneyland, CA Adventure & Downtown Disney!
The NICU department at CHOC helped me get stronger and gave me a chance to live. I am grateful for the care that I received and the friendships I made along the way. I have so much to be thankful for (but I'm sure that I will understand better as I get older). For now, I try to support CHOC's mission by participating in the annual walk and raising awareness & funds.
